1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AIM Pathshala platform (aimpathshala.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Use of Platform

You may use our platform to donate to campaigns, register for events, browse NGO profiles, and apply for listed jobs. You agree not to misuse the platform, submit false information, or attempt to disrupt our services.

3. Donations

All donations made through our platform are voluntary and non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy. AIM Pathshala Foundation is registered under Section 12A and 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961. Tax receipts are issued for all eligible donations.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at aimpathshala@gmail.com of any unauthorised access to your account.

5. Content

Campaign organisers are responsible for the accuracy of content they post. AIM Pathshala reserves the right to remove content that is false, harmful, or violates these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

AIM Pathshala shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of your most recent donation.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gaya, Bihar, India.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
