Refund Policy

Important Note
Donations to registered NGOs and charitable causes are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that technical errors can occur and we address them on a case-by-case basis.
Eligible Refund Scenarios
We will process a full refund in the following cases: (a) Duplicate transactions where your account was charged more than once for the same donation. (b) Technical errors where your payment was processed but the donation was not recorded. (c) Fraud or unauthorised transactions reported within 7 days of the charge.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for: voluntary donations that have already been disbursed to the cause, change of mind after a donation is processed, event registration fees once the event has taken place, or tax receipts that have already been issued (as these cannot be voided under Indian tax law).
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email aimpathshala@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction with: (1) Your registered email, (2) Transaction ID or donation receipt number, (3) Amount and date of donation, (4) Reason for refund request. We will respond within 3–5 business days.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. The exact time depends on your bank or payment provider.
