Rajesh Kumar
Founder & Director
Rajesh left a private sector job in 2018 to start AIM Pathshala after witnessing extreme educational deprivation in rural Gaya. He oversees all operations and strategy.
Priya Sharma
Programme Coordinator
Priya manages day-to-day operations across all 4 centres, including educator training, curriculum planning, and donor relations.

Arvind Singh
Lead Educator — Gaya Centres
Arvind holds a B.Ed. from Magadh University and has been teaching at the Pithouri centre since its inception. He has trained 12 volunteer facilitators.
Deepak Yadav
Lead Educator — Patna Centre
Deepak joined as a volunteer in 2020 and now leads the Patna centre. He introduced a reading club that has improved literacy rates significantly.
Sunita Devi
Educator — Majhagadh Centre
Sunita, a local teacher, runs the Majhagadh centre with remarkable dedication — she has not missed a single class in 3 years.
Mohammed Irfan
Educator — Varanasi Centre
Irfan is a commerce graduate who teaches Mathematics and Science at the Varanasi centre, making abstract concepts accessible through storytelling.
