Gramin Shiksha Sansthan

Gramin Shiksha Sansthan is a rural literacy initiative targeting out-of-school children aged 6–14 in remote villages of central Bihar. Founded in 2015, the organisation focuses on foundational literacy and numeracy.

Our approach combines community mobilisation with structured learning, training local youth as facilitators who conduct classes in community spaces — temples, panchayat halls, or open courtyards.
